Pricing questions
How is MATX billed?
Per device (screen), per month, in USD, billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves 10-12%. Enterprise has a 25-device minimum.
Can I pay in Canadian dollars?
Yes, CAD pricing is available on request. Contact us with your device count.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
Every plan can buy more. The add-on pack gives 5,000 AI credits for $85.00 USD. AI is credit based, not unlimited.
Are custom integrations included?
Custom integrations, on-premise deployment, dedicated infrastructure and custom development are scoped and priced separately.
Do I need special hardware?
MATX runs on screens with the MATX player app. Tell us what you have and we will advise.
